Meet Purina Pro Club Pros: Jessica Flach, Conformation & Performance Events, Purina Event Center
Jessica Flach is the Area Manager overseeing conformation and performance events at the world-class Purina Event Center at Purina Farms.
Driven by her passion for pets, Jessica joined Nestlé Purina in 2015; she has worked in many areas of the company—from manufacturing and engineering to brand marketing. She has worked on the Pro Plan brand since 2018, and joined the Breeder Enthusiast team in her current role in 2022.
Jessica welcomed her first Doberman Pinscher, Macaroni, into her life in 2016. Since then, she has actively competed with her Dobermans in various disciplines, including conformation, agility, IGP, Mondio Ring, obedience, rally, barn hunt, dock diving, NASDA, fastCat, and therapy work. Her personal experiences as a competitor have deepened her understanding of the importance of nutrition and conditioning in achieving optimal performance.

At Purina Farms, Jessica embraces her role as an advocate for proper nutrition and canine fitness. She firmly believes that a great performance starts within, recognizing the crucial role that nutrition plays in the overall well-being and success of dogs.
Jessica’s educational background includes bachelor’s degrees in Animal Science, Equine Science, and Captive Wild Animal Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Building upon her foundation, she pursued her MBA with a focus on brand management and marketing at Washington University-St. Louis.
